Some are relieved, some are grieving and others are somewhere in-between . . . our children (and their teachers) have returned to school. Hopefully you are settling into the new routine and structure that typically follows the onset of fall and the back to school season. One thing you will definitely want to make room for in your schedule is this class. We will be creating a 2-page, 12x12 layout to highlight your “first day of school” photos. It will be great to get these pictures into your album while the memory is fresh in your mind. And for those of you with grown children, this is a great reason to pull out the dusty school photos of your kids, or even yourself! If you are a teacher, this layout can be used to commemorate YOUR back to school routine. You will need four vertical photos for this layout, three 4x6 (color) and one 5x7 (black and white). If your photos aren’t all vertical, bring them anyway and I’ll help you come up with a pleasing design. We will be writing our journaling in class with the aid of word cutouts from the provided pattern paper.

Recommended Supply List
Below is a list of supplies that may be helpful to bring along to the class. However, please still come even if you don’t have all of these supplies, as I will bring my own stash to share if needed.photos: (3) 4x6 inch photos (all vertical, color prints), (1) 5x7 inch photo (vertical, black and white print); scissors; paper trimmer; glue stick; 3D dimensional POP dots; your regular adhesive; pencil and eraser; black writing pen; ruler (preferably clear); black stamping ink; one inch circle punch.
